Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located?
I'm located in Manchester Township in York County, Pennsylvania. I run the business from my in-home kitchen, which is licensed through the PA Department of Agriculture. I work with customers on an individual basis to fulfill their customized orders, so I do not have a walk-in storefront.
Do you deliver?
All orders are pick-up unless otherwise arranged. If I happen to be available to deliver, a delivery fee will be added to the order.
Do you ship?
I do ship, but my licensure only allows me to ship within Pennsylvania. Some items ship better than others, so in order to maintain my standard of product quality, I may refuse to ship certain items. Please inquire for more specific shipping details.
Do you bake anything gluten-, dairy-, or sugar-free?
Yes; however, this is my home kitchen (which is not gluten- or dairy-free), so if you are very sensitive or allergic to gluten and/or dairy (ie require separate tools and prep spaces), then I'd encourage you towards a different baker. When you purchase from me, you agree to my disclaimer.
Do you bake for weddings?
Yes, I do! I'd be happy to bake cupcakes, cookies, or other sweet treats that you may be in interested in for your special day! At this time, I am not accepting orders for wedding cakes. Is there anything you don't bake?
At this time, I do not make fondant or tiered cakes, cheesecakes, or custard-based desserts.
How do I order?
To place an order at this time, please use the contact form at the bottom of the page to contact me directly so I can work with you to create your special order. Some holiday items will be occasionally opened for direct website order, so be sure to check in around the holidays!
Do you offer returns or refunds?
As the products I make are custom and perishable, I do not accept returns. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, please reach out so we can work together on the order. Unless otherwise specified by a contract, order deposits and payments may be refunded up to 48 hours prior to order pick-up; any order cancellation or reschedule within 48 hours of scheduled order pick-up forfeits all refund. (*Please note: accepting your order may mean I'll say no to other orders due to availability, and baking your custom treat(s) is a several day process.)
